I am in constant exploration of the landscape of Love and the territory of Authenticity. Inspired by the Earth herself and the flow of Life here, I can mostly be found (naked) amongst the trees, in the rivers, staring into the skies in admiration and gratitude for the infinite beauty that is before me each day. What an adventure! I can often be heard saying "LIFE IS A COMEDY" and laughing abundantly. Inspired by my Native American ancestry, the journey has included apprenticeships with Indigenous Elders in traditional uses of plants, the metaphysical reality of Life and how to use traditional wisdom for healing from Spirit. Professional Photographer, Doula, Birth Educator, Rebirthing Breathworker, Holographic Kinetics Practitioner, Yogi, Personal Wellness Coach, Mandala Light Therapy Practitioner and Breatharian Facilitator... always fascinated with communicating with plants, animals and all the kingdoms from mineral to human and beyond. I follow the flow of Spirit travelling the earth from my home-base in the mountains of Quebec, Canada and offer guidance and experiences both online and in-person. “After the birth of my son through a natural, un-medicated home-birth, I experienced quite profound post-partum depression. Afterward, in 2016, I began what I thought was an extended fast, but later realized I had initiated myself into a Breatharian Lifestyle. Shortly afterward I met Nicolas Pilartz and explored further with an experienced mentor. I soon experienced very beautiful states of Bliss that lasted for days and days. What if a rarified abiding Bliss was our natural state of being? I'm here to say it is... and the simplicity of the Breath and Breatharianism are the keys to Heaven on Earth and our path beyond war and violence."
